Warranty Coverage

All eligible products purchased from Networking Corner come with a warranty period (duration varies by product type and brand), which protects against hardware failures, manufacturer defects, or other qualifying issues that arise under normal usage. This warranty does not cover:

Return Material Authorisation (RMA) Process

To return an item under warranty, customers must follow our Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) process. An RMA number is required for all returns, regardless of the reason. To request a return, please email rma@networkingcorner.co.uk with your order number, purchase date, product serial number, and a brief description of the issue.

Once an RMA is approved:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and software.
  • The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outer package. Do not write directly on the original product box.
  • Products not returned in proper condition or missing components may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or may be rejected.
  • Our technical team will test items received. If found defective, we will offer a repair or a like-for-like replacement within 10 business days of receipt.

Networking Corner reserves the right to refuse warranty service or charge a fee if the item is returned without following these guidelines.
