Orders
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of products ("Products") by Networking Corner to the Customer, regardless of how the order is placed, whether through our website, email, phone, or any other electronic medium. When Networking Corner accepts a Customer’s order, either explicitly via written confirmation or implicitly through fulfilment, these Terms, along with the order confirmation, form a legally binding Sales Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a submitted Purchase Order, these Terms will take precedence unless Networking Corner has explicitly accepted a variation in writing.
All orders are subject to stock availability and formal acceptance by Networking Corner. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without liability, particularly in cases of pricing or product listing errors, stock shortages, or failed payment authorisations.
By placing an order, you confirm and warrant that:
- All details you provide (such as billing/shipping address and payment method) are accurate and up to date.
- The payment method used is owned by you or your company, and you have full authority to use it.
- There are sufficient funds or credit available to cover the full cost of the order.
Networking Corner reserves the right to verify payment and customer information prior to processing orders and may withhold product delivery pending the results of fraud prevention or payment validation checks.
Please be advised that any telephone calls, email communications, or electronic messages to or from Networking Corner may be recorded and/or monitored for quality assurance, training, security, or legal compliance purposes.
All orders are also subject to ongoing credit review. If, at any point, a Customer’s credit standing is deemed unsatisfactory, Networking Corner reserves the right to suspend, delay, or cancel the order without further liability, after issuing appropriate notice.
Prices
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all prices listed on the Networking Corner website are shown exclusive of applicable UK VAT and shipping charges. Any such additional charges will be clearly listed during the checkout process and on your invoice. Customers are responsible for ensuring they pay any applicable taxes, import duties, or surcharges where relevant.
Networking Corner reserves the right to modify prices at any time prior to order dispatch. In cases where product specifications are changed at the Customer's request, or if delays occur due to the Customer's actions (such as failure to provide accurate instructions), we may adjust the final sale price accordingly. Any such price adjustment will be communicated to the Customer in writing before proceeding with the order.
Order Confirmation and Communication
Once you place an order on our website or through our sales team, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute formal acceptance of the order.
You will receive a separate email confirming that your order has been accepted and is being processed. Only at this stage does the order become binding, subject to stock availability and successful payment clearance.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you via email and provide a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress through our courier partners.
All order-related communications are sent to the email address you provided during checkout, over the phone, or via written correspondence. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate to avoid delays in processing or delivery.
Delivery, Title and Risk
- For any delivery-related inquiries or to check the status of your order, you can log into your Networking Corner account or contact our Customer Support team directly at [Insert Contact Number] or via email at support@networkingcorner.co.uk.
- We make every reasonable effort to dispatch goods by the estimated delivery date agreed with the Customer. However, we do not accept liability for any delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as courier delays, supplier lead times, customs issues, or adverse weather conditions. If a delay becomes apparent, we will notify you promptly. Consumers retain the right to cancel their order if the revised delivery date is deemed unacceptable.
- In the case of a Business Customer, if Networking Corner is unable to deliver the products within 30 days of the agreed date, the Customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund, provided the cancellation is made in writing after the 30-day window but before delivery or notification of dispatch.
- Business Customers must notify us in writing of any shortages or visible delivery damage within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Consumers should report such issues within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to report damage within the stated period may affect eligibility for a refund or replacement.
- It is the responsibility of Business Customers to ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery during Normal Working Hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
- Networking Corner reserves the right to adjust product prices prior to dispatch, particularly when the Customer requests changes to specifications or causes delays by failing to provide necessary instructions, documents, or authorisations. Any such pricing changes will be communicated in writing before proceeding. Additionally, the risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery to the designated carrier. If the Customer delays or refuses delivery, risk transfers upon proof of attempted delivery, and we may charge for storage or related costs, along with any applicable price adjustments.
- Title (ownership) of the goods does not transfer to the Customer until full payment has been received and cleared by Networking Corner.
- If the Customer cannot receive the delivery as scheduled, Networking Corner reserves the right to either:
(i) store and insure the goods at the Customer’s cost and risk
(ii) sell the goods at the best achievable price and refund any balance after deducting storage and resale costs
(iii) reschedule the delivery and charge the Customer for additional courier fees incurred.
- Customers may request proof of delivery in writing within three (3) months of the delivery date. After this period, delivery shall be considered fulfilled and accepted.
- Upon delivery, the Customer will be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery (POD) document. It is the recipient’s responsibility to verify the number of packages and note any damage or discrepancies directly on the POD at the time of delivery. Claims for missing or damaged goods may not be accepted if they are not recorded at the time of delivery.
Delivery Terms
- With our Standard Delivery, orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days, provided all items in your order are in stock at the time of purchase.
- Same-Day Dispatch is available for in-stock items when the order is placed before 2:00 PM (GMT). Delivery is subject to courier availability and regional coverage.
- If your order contains items with different lead times, you may request part-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for each separate dispatch beyond the standard delivery service.
- We can accommodate multi-address delivery (e.g., different offices or branches) upon request. This service is subject to successful security checks and may incur additional costs.
- Orders are dispatched via trusted courier services, including DHL, UPS, DPD, and FedEx. Most orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped on a next business day service. Timed or expedited deliveries may be available for an additional fee.
- Please note that DHL and most other couriers do not deliver on weekends. Orders placed on a Friday will typically be delivered the following Monday, provided the item is in stock.
Product Availability
Our website is updated throughout the day to reflect real-time stock levels and product availability. We work diligently to ensure all listed items are available for purchase and dispatched within the estimated lead times.
In rare cases where an item is unexpectedly unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly with updated lead time information. You will be given the option to wait, select an alternative product, or cancel the order for a full refund.
If a product is marked as “Out of Stock” on our website, it may still be available through one of our distribution partners. If you are interested in an item that is currently unavailable, please contact our team at support@networkingcorner.co.uk or call [Insert Contact Number] for further assistance.
Payments
Networking Corner offers several secure payment methods, whether you place an order through our website, by phone, or via email. These include Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, Credit Account (for eligible businesses), and Cash on Delivery (subject to availability and order value).
- Credit Account (On Account): Business Customers may apply for a credit account by completing our Credit Application Form. Upon submission, our finance department will assess eligibility and determine the credit limit at our sole discretion. Approval may take up to seven working days. Once approved, credit accounts are typically offered on 30-day net terms, subject to the assigned limit.
- Credit and Debit Cards: We accept most major card providers, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, via a secure online payment gateway. For your protection, cards are charged at the time of order confirmation. Payment can be completed either online during checkout or by submitting our manual card authorisation form.
- Bank Transfer: Customers may choose to pay via direct bank transfer. Please ensure that all bank fees, particularly for international payments, are fully covered at your end. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and cleared in our account, which may take several days, depending on your bank and location.
- Telephone Payment: If you prefer, you may contact our customer support team to complete a payment by phone. For high-value transactions, we may require additional confirmation or documentation to process the payment for fraud prevention purposes.
- Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.): For select orders and eligible locations, we may facilitate a cash-on-delivery option. This service is subject to approval and may incur additional courier fees.
For first-time customers or transactions, Networking Corner reserves the right to request payment by bank transfer for added security and fraud prevention.
If our internal fraud prevention systems or insurance provider flags a transaction as potentially fraudulent, Networking Corner reserves the right to cancel the transaction without prior notice.
For approved credit accounts, the standard payment term is 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 18% per annum for Business Customers, and 5% per annum for Consumers, calculated daily on the outstanding balance.
Product Specifications
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Networking Corner website are accurate and up-to-date. However, we reserve the right to supply items with minor differences in dimensions, appearance, or features, particularly where the manufacturer introduces such variations and they do not affect core functionality.
In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Networking Corner will first contact the Customer to offer a substitute product of equal or superior specification at no additional cost. If the Customer chooses not to accept the substitute, they may decline the offer, cancel the order, and receive a full refund, including any shipping charges paid. This will be the Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy in such situations.
Trade Names and Trade Marks
Trade names, trademarks, or manufacturer labels appearing on product listings at Networking Corner do not necessarily indicate the exact manufacturer of the individual item supplied. In many cases, such identifiers reflect compatibility, general system use, or market-recognised equivalence rather than the original equipment manufacturer.
If you are ordering components and require a specific brand or OEM version, it is your responsibility to confirm this with our sales team prior to placing your order. Networking Corner cannot be held liable for brand assumptions made without such confirmation.
Warranties and Returns
At Networking Corner, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT hardware and reliable service. However, in rare cases where products may be faulty or unsatisfactory, we provide clear and structured return procedures as outlined in this section.
- Certain products sold by Networking Corner may include a manufacturer’s warranty of up to one year or longer, depending on the product type. Warranty claims, repairs, or replacements for such items must be handled directly with the manufacturer, as Networking Corner does not provide direct warranty services. Warranty terms vary, and certain items, like opened sealed boxes, may not be returnable. Please refer to the manufacturer’s website or product documentation for detailed information.
- If you purchase products for business use, all terms and warranties, except those clearly stated in these Terms, are excluded as allowed by law. Products are not guaranteed to be fit for any specific purpose or condition unless we’ve agreed to it in writing.
- For services delivered to Business Customers, we warrant that all contracted works will be performed to a standard consistent with industry practices and will be free from material defects for 30 days from the completion date. We are not responsible for faults caused by third parties or post-service alterations. In the event of a service dispute, Networking Corner reserves the right to appoint an independent expert to evaluate the workmanship. Other implied warranties relating to services are excluded to the maximum extent allowed by law.
- If Networking Corner agrees, at its discretion, to accept a return of unwanted products for credit, the items must be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior written approval. Items must be unopened, in their original, resalable condition, and will be subject to a 25% handling/restocking fee.
- We will accept the return of defective items for refund or replacement, subject to verification of the fault, if returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Our Customer Support team will advise on the appropriate return method depending on the product category. This may include courier collection or self-return. If a fault is confirmed, return shipping costs will be refunded. All authorised returns must be sent to the address specified in your RMA documentation.
- For qualifying items, we offer a no-cost collection, repair, and re-delivery service within the UK, provided that the fault is reported within 14 days of receipt. If a courier collection is arranged, the Customer must ensure that someone is present to receive and hand over the package.
- All returned products must include a valid Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number, obtained from Customer Support. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted. Do not write directly on the original packaging. The RMA number should be affixed on the outer label only. Damaged packaging may incur additional charges or result in the return being rejected.
- We are not responsible for damage to goods in transit due to insufficient packaging. Customers must ensure returns are securely wrapped.
- Proof of postage is not considered proof of delivery. We strongly recommend using tracked, insured delivery services (e.g., courier or registered post).
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to determine whether the reported fault exists.
- If no fault is found, the item will be returned to the Customer at their expense. If a replacement was already issued during inspection, the Customer will be invoiced for that replacement.
- The warranty becomes void if the item has been tampered with, misused, or altered by the Customer or any third party.
- Software items with broken seals cannot be returned. Faulty software media may be replaced by the manufacturer. Software licences are non-returnable unless the media is defective or the product materially fails to meet its advertised description.
- Certain manufacturers require faulty items to be returned within 7 days or less for a valid refund or exchange. In such cases, the manufacturer’s terms will take precedence. Items returned beyond this period, even if faulty, may be subject to rejection or partial credit. Items marked as clearance, bargain stock, or labelled “NCCR” must be returned within 2 days of receipt as per the “Force Majeure” Clause.
- THIS WARRANTY IS PROVIDED IN PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES—EXPRESS OR IMPLIED—INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NETWORKING CORNER MAKES NO GUARANTEE AS TO PERFORMANCE, LIFESPAN, OR SUITABILITY OF WEARABLE COMPONENTS UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED IN WRITING.
Limitation of Liability
When dealing with Business Customers, Networking Corner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including (but not limited to) loss of business, revenue, contracts, goodwill, or data, regardless of cause. Our liability shall be limited strictly to the value of the order invoiced. This limitation does not affect a Consumer’s right to a full refund for defective goods under statutory protections.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Health and Safety
Networking Corner confirms that all products it distributes comply with applicable health and safety laws and are safe when used correctly for their intended purpose. Customers are responsible for ensuring that reasonable safety practices are followed when handling and installing IT hardware or electrical equipment.
Force Majeure
Networking Corner shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance of any contractual obligation where such delay arises due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier delays, transport strikes, pandemics, cyberattacks, or governmental restrictions.
Special Rules for Clearance Bargains & Non-Current Catalogue Request (‘NCCR’) Products
Products listed as “Clearance Sales” on the Networking Corner website refer to discounted items that have been downgraded in condition (e.g., open-box, used, or refurbished) and are offered at reduced pricing due to limited availability. These products are sold subject to the terms below, which take precedence over any conflicting terms in this policy, except where they relate to statutory rights of consumers.
- Each Clearance item will be clearly graded based on its condition and will include a description of any cosmetic or functional variances. Warranty coverage, if available, will be limited and defined explicitly at the point of sale.
- Stock for Clearance items is strictly limited. Submitting an order for such products does not constitute a binding sale. Confirmation of stock availability will be sent prior to any payment being processed or a contract being formed.
- Products sold under the designation “Non-Current Catalogue Request” (NCCR) or as Special Orders are also governed by special terms that supplement Networking Corner’s standard Terms and Conditions.
- These items are non-returnable unless the product is proven to be faulty or was incorrectly supplied by us.
- All quoted prices for NCCR or Special Order products are valid for 14 days only.
- Quoted prices for these items do not qualify for promotional, bulk, or cash discounts unless explicitly stated in writing.
Errors and Omissions
Networking Corner makes every reasonable effort to ensure product listings, descriptions, and pricing on our website are accurate. However, due to the fast-paced nature of e-commerce, occasional errors may occur. In the event of a manifest error, such as a substantial pricing or description mistake, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order, even if it has already been confirmed or payment has been received. In such cases, our liability will be limited to refunding any amounts paid.
A “manifest error” in pricing refers to a clear and obvious mistake where the listed price is more than 10% lower than what would have reasonably been expected under normal circumstances.
Security and Login
Access to Networking Corner’s account management system requires three elements of secure login credentials:
- Your unique Account Number

Use of your login credentials on our platform is deemed proof of authorisation and consent by you or your organisation to place orders, update information, or interact with the site on behalf of the Customer.

Severance
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or regulatory body, that provision shall be severed from the Terms. The remaining provisions shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing within these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a Consumer under applicable law.
Any waiver or delay in enforcing a breach of these Terms must be provided in writing and shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach. These Terms and Conditions represent the full and final agreement between you and Networking Corner in relation to the subject matter herein and supersede any prior discussions, correspondence, or representations, whether written or oral.

Any such conflicting terms shall be null and void unless explicitly accepted in writing by Networking Corner.
